THE SATCHERL - PILGERSACHEL
Making it mark the beginning of everything. Choosing what to put inside was the first real challenge of survival. Not everything, but no nothing. Not too much, but not too little. Only what was truly necessary to face the journey ahead. A piece of bread, a few sips of water in a leather flask, and some dried figs. Taking care of it meant preserving the dream of reaching the destination. Made of fabric or leather, sewn, torn, repaired and worn over time... the shoulder bag carried the scent of home and the weight of promises, either to be kept or to be released, held in a shell or in a rosary to be counted along the way.
Today, that bag becomes an invitation to look into the crowded wardrobe of our experiences and finally choose what truly matters: to live, to survive and to be reborn.
